Red Beet – Dice (10×10 mm & 5×5 mm)
Careful selection is done of the raw materials for proper variety and maturity of product. A Premium Red Beet Root is used for production. Each product is thoroughly washed, trimmed, cut, and selected. The raw materials are dried by controlled, moderately heated forced air. After Dehydration the product is sorted, sifted, and screened to correct size. Validated microbiological reduction methods available include steam sterilization or irradiation.
