With so much news and change affecting businesses across the world, we wanted to take a moment to update you on how Seawind Foods is responding to COVID-19.

First and foremost, we are closely monitoring the virus’ developments, including any information coming directly from the government and healthcare professionals.

Secondly, we are doing everything in our power to keep our employees and our community safe. On March 20, 2020, California Governor, Gavin Newsom, released an Executive “stay-at-home” Order. This means that we are working remotely and encouraging our staff to practice social distancing.

We are keeping in regular communication with our overseas and domestic partners regarding the status of their offices and teams. Should any concerns arise, we will notify you.

Finally, Seawind Foods is regarded as an essential business by the Department of Homeland Security. We have been granted this status as we help provide our nation with a steady supply of food; the same reason your local grocery stores are staying open. Therefore, we are able to continue shipping orders from our fully-staffed warehouse.

We are so thankful Seawind Foods is able to remain open and maintain all normal business operations. Our hours have stayed the same, and we are available to answer any questions and accept your orders.
