This explains why it is prevalent in so many dishes, as many of the food we in the US comes from or was inspired by many recipes in Europe.
Garlic has also been seen as a plant-based medicine, being touted as a cure for the common cold and more. There is an incredible amount of nutrients packed into this allium such as vitamins B6 and C, as well as manganese.
Our dehydrated garlic powder is available in organic or conventional options. It is thoroughly washed, trimmed, cut, and selected and then dried by a moderately heated and forced air. Once dehydrated, it is sorted, sifted, and screened into a powder.
